WHY DOES THE ROADWAY SURFACE NEED TO BE REPLACED?

Very Poor COLLISTER Very Good Poor Good

The existing concrete surface is very deteriorated and in poor condition. ACHD uses a Pavement Condition Index score to rate its roadways from 0 (very poor) – 100 (very good). The concrete on this portion of Collister Drive is rated 24, very poor, indicating a new roadway surface is necessary.
