QUORUM

  • Required to take action.
  • 7 of 13 members (in person or by phone).

? Proxies or delegates – we are appointed members ? Chronic absenteeism VOTING

  • If quorum met, 51% majority.
  • Removal of task force member, super majority = 2/3rds of all members. (HB1176, page 4 says “majority”)
  • Email voting – record in next meeting’s minutes.
