How your feedback informed our designs Current floor plan

Using the current floor plan we reviewed all the feedback to inform the draft concept designs. Considerable work has been undertaken to deliver the best possible outcomes for the limited budget of $300k.

What can we deliver in the $300,000 budget

We know technology and electrical upgrades are important to you – and we agree. However to deliver the new concept design building improvements we cannot deliver on technology and electrical upgrades. We are currently applying for additional funding opportunities. So what we need to know is … Building improvements before technology/electrical OR Technology/electrical before building improvements

Technology is important to you

We understand that the building renovation is important to you together with technology/electrical upgrades. To deliver both the building renovation and technology/electrical upgrades we suggest; Undertake building renovations with the current $300k and apply for additional funding to deliver technology and electrical upgrades. OUR AIM is to deliver the building renovation, technology and electrical upgrades to you in the one project build at the same time.
