Highway 70 • Goal: create sense of community when driving through Grantsburg • Ideas 1. Develop frontage roads where lots of businesses are located (safer) and create greenspaces with trees, flowers and grass between highway and frontage roads 2. Add sidewalks to increase foot traffic (safer) 3.
