Using the Registration Software

Click triangle to open event list. Check 2016 events only. Then, click close. Enter search text—searches First Name, Last Name, or Email. Use first 2 or 3 letters for maximum responses.

Click checkbox to redeem. Click again to reverse an incorrect entry. Notice change in status. Check-in is complete. Hand out the colored lanyard that matches their event registration. To check-in next person, just type new search text in search box. Click Box Office and select Ticket Sales. To enter a new ticket sale return to Box Office.

First, select the correct event. Then, click quantity arrow for the appropriate ticket type, and select number of tickets. Enter quantity for each ticket needed. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Add to Cart.

Scroll to the top of the screen to verify the number of tickets and the total amount. Then click Checkout. Select payment method (credit card is default). Other options are cash or check. Then, enter buyer email and first/last name (must match credit card name).

Enter credit card information. Enter billing address for credit card holder (must match mailing address for the account). Then, scroll further down to complete all additional info. Scroll to the top to verify all order details.

Scholarships are Important!

We are committed to ensuring that any person interested in this conference can attend at whatever price they can afford. You may register people who have been granted a subsidy (reduced price) or scholarship (free).

• If anyone asks about a scholarship, ask them to fill out an

application.

• When they complete the application, direct them to talk

with a Scholarship Specialist who will determine their scholarship amount.

• Applicants will return to the registration table for their

ticket processing.

Badges, Lanyards & Packets

Every adult and teen attendee needs a badge, a lanyard, and a program

• packet. People cannot access the conference without a badge and

lanyard. The event they register for (GO or GOF) determines the lanyard color. Their lanyard color determines what conference they will have access to.

• Once you have them registered, give them their lanyard, and program

packet.

• Offer a red dot sticker for anyone wishing to NOT be photographed.
• Then direct them to the badging station to pick up their badge.
• At that point their registration is complete.

If someone wants a different colored lanyard, discuss this with one of the leads. Lanyard color and access to the different conferences is a security issue that we take very seriously at Gender Odyssey. (Please check out the security training slides.)
