Ernest Giles Project (WA, 100% owned) Significant RC drilling campaign targeting gold/antimony/arsenic anomalies Bromus Project (WA, 100% owned) Untested EM conductors identified in downhole EM data. Massive sulphides identified. Havieron Project (WA, 100% owned) Gold resource definition play in actively explored region. Firetower Project (TAS, 100% owned) New programme of field work to target two areas with little previous exploration Warrentinna Project (TAS, 100% owned) RC drilling campaign underway to test for extensions to existing gold mineralisation and new areas

EXISTING PROJECTS

www.greatlandgold.com

Greatland Gold currently has five projects in Australia

slide-7
SLIDE 7

Ernest Giles covers a large (+1,000km²) of a unexplored greenstone belt located 250 km north east of Laverton

  • Greenstone belts host the major gold mines in

Western Australia including: – Laverton +25mil oz – Tropicana +6mil oz – Yamarna (Gruyere) +7mil oz

  • Gold mineralisation identified in previous
  • drilling. Committed to 2016 RC programme.
  • Over 100km of gold prospective stratigraphy
  • The Board of Greatland believes that Ernest

Giles could deliver significant shareholder value with the discovery of +5 mil oz gold camp

SLIDE 8

Ambitious new wide-spaced RC drilling campaign completed at Ernest Giles

  • Previous drilling by Greatland revealed

large alteration systems and gold mineralisation +1g/t gold

  • Interpretation of aeromagnetics has
  • utlined numerous gold prospective

targets

  • Wide-spaced RC drilling commitment for

2016

  • Drilling results expected in the coming

weeks.

Downhole EM Targets Identified

  • Recent drilling (four diamond holes)

targeted a 4.5km long ultramafic unit that was assessed to have potential for nickel sulphides

  • Broad, low level, nickel intercepts

reported including 48m@0.14%

  • And, high levels of silver, zinc, cadmium

and sulphur detected that are indicative

  • f a polymetallic VMS-type system
  • Results merit further investigation, VMS-

style system a relatively new discovery for the region

  • Downhole EM identified additional high

priority targets

BROMUS VMS PROJECT

9

slide-10
SLIDE 10
  • Paterson Province (Orogen) hosts very large gold and

copper deposits such as Telfer and Nifty

  • Havieron is an IOCG style deposit (Iron Oxide Copper

Gold) similar to large Olympic Dam and Ernest Henry deposits in eastern Australia

  • Very limited drilling to date at Havieron but results of

+15g/t gold and +2% copper.

  • Havieron represents a resource drilling target

HAVIERON GOLD PROJECT

10

Project area covers 135 sq km of under-explored ground near Telfer in northern Western Australia

Highly Prospective Region

  • Strategically located 40km east
  • f the major Telfer gold mine
  • 500km east of rail and port

infrastructure at Port Hedland

  • Telfer 27M oz gold and
  • perational since 1977
  • Nifty 2MT copper and
  • perational since 1993
  • Other discoveries in the region

include Magnum (Au), Calibre (Au), O’Callaghans (Cu) Maroochydore (Cu).

  • Paterson Province historically under-explored
  • Gaining interest and attention from numerous

entities including major multi-national companies such as Rio Tinto

  • Historic data highlights many regional targets

for future exploration

  • Havieron has demonstrated high grade gold

and copper mineralisation and represents a resource definition target.

Historic Data Highlights a Priority Target

slide-13
SLIDE 13
  • Havieron target area is large at approximately

1.0km x 1.0km with gold to 15.45g/t and copper to 2.5%

  • Only six drillholes with all intersecting

significant alteration. Several high grade zones in the limited drilling to date

  • Mineralisation starts at 400m below surface

which is readily drilled with modern equipment

  • Mineralisation is open particularly to east and

west and at depth.

  • Walk up resource definition play

New targets identified for field work

  • Firetower Gold Project covers an area of

62km² in central-north Tasmania

  • Previous intercepts include 29m@2.39g/t

Au and 17m@5.37g/t Au

  • First pass work to be conducted on area

4km to the north of existing mineralisation

  • Detailed rock chip sampling and mapping to

be done on area immediately to the west of existing mineralisation

New RC drilling campaign underway at Warrentinna Gold Project

  • Host rocks equivalent to the goldfields

in Victoria, south-eastern Australia (+50mil oz gold)

  • Derby North - RC drilling has returned

results including 1m at 103g/t gold and 5m @ 29.2 g/t gold

  • New RC drilling campaign includes 6 RC

holes for approximately 600 metres

  • Key objective of new drilling is to

extend the company’s knowledge of this system

WARRENTINNA GOLD PROJECT

slide-16
SLIDE 16
  • Greatland Gold continues to actively advance its

portfolio of exploration projects and is seeking additional opportunities

  • Ernest Giles (gold) – Drilling commitment for
  • 2016. Results expected in the coming weeks
  • Bromus (nickel) – Further targets identified from

downhole EM work

  • Havieron (gold/copper) – Exciting new gold

resource definition play in actively explored region

  • Tasmania – New exploration programmes at both

projects underway
