the discovery of large mineralised systems (1m+ ounces gold)

  • Experienced management team with expertise in identifying

and acquiring undervalued exploration and development projects with significant geological potential Project development

  • Where possible retains 100% ownership of the project,

slide-11
SLIDE 11
  • Havieron is a large geophysical target

consisting of a coincident magnetic and gravity anomaly covering an area approximately 1.0km x 1.0km

  • In the late 1990s and early 2000s,

Newcrest completed six historic drill holes at Havieron (Newcrest HAC holes, Greatland HAD001-004)

  • All Newcrest drill holes intersected

significant alteration, with several high grade zones detected (peak gold to 15.45g/t and peak copper to 2.5%)

  • Mineralisation starts at 400m below

surface and is readily drilled with modern equipment

HAVIERON – HISTORICAL ACTIVITY

11

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-12
SLIDE 12

Greatland’s first drilling campaign at Havieron was conducted in April-May 2018

PATERSON – BLACK HILLS

14

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-15
SLIDE 15
  • Tactical acquisition during bear market, Greatland owns 100% of Black Hills (E45/4512)
  • Black Hills sits adjacent to the north-western border of Greatland’s Havieron licence
  • Hosts known high grade gold at surface in similar style to the Newcrest Telfer mine (30km

west of Black Hills)

  • Comprehensive review of historic data has identified four distinct zones of gold mineralisation

(Saddle Reefs, Eastern, Rogers and Northern Granites)

BLACK HILLS - OVERVIEW

15

www.greatlandgold.com

High priority exploration opportunity Commenced Greatland’s first exploration campaign on 18 June 2018

  • Multiple gold nuggets and gold pieces in bedrock discovered in first few days
  • Licence’s prospectivity for high-grade, near-surface gold mineralisation means that exploring

Black Hills’ potential will be a relatively low-cost and low-risk endeavour

  • Acquisition is a continuation of Greatland’s strategy to target under-explored areas with

significant potential

slide-16
SLIDE 16

Field work commenced on 18 June 2018 at Saddle Reefs prospect area

  • Multiple gold nuggets and gold pieces in bedrock

discovered in first few days of maiden exploration programme

  • High grade gold detected in rock chip samples, 11
  • f 28 samples collected returned over 10g/t gold,

best gold results include 81.7g/t, 45.7g/t, 37.6g/t

  • Rock chip sample results have established an 800

metre strike length of surface gold mineralisation at the Saddle Reefs prospect

  • Recent 3DIP survey outlined a large, virtually

untested, buried target at Saddle Reefs over 1,000m of strike, which is coincident with high- grade gold mineralisation at surface

FIRETOWER AND WARRENTINNA PROJECTS

17

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-18
SLIDE 18
  • Firetower covers an area of 62km² in central-north

Tasmania

  • Most drilling to date has not exceeded 100m in

depth and covers only a small portion of the targeted 4km strike length: previous drill intercepts include 29m at 2.39g/t gold, 17m at 5.37g/t gold (incl. 1m at 30g/t) and 10m at 6.2g/t

  • Greatland conducted a 3DIP survey to assist in
  • utlining the trend of mineralisation across a

1.6km strike length

  • Results of 3DIP survey highlight a large target,
  • approx. 1,000 metres long, traversing east-west

across Firetower project

  • Greatland working on plans for a drill programme

in H1 2019 to test the new large target

FIRETOWER - OVERVIEW

18

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-19
SLIDE 19
  • Host rocks equivalent to goldfields in

Victoria, Australia (+50moz gold)

  • Project area cover 37 km² and includes

15km of strike of prospective rocks

  • Derby North – Greatland RC drilling has

returned results including 1m at 103g/t gold and 5m at 29.2 g/t gold

  • Results from late 2016 RC drilling campaign

(6 RC holes) included 5m at 2.4 g/t Au including 1m at 4.7 g/t Au

  • Mineralisation remains open to the north

and east and at depth

ERNEST GILES PROJECT

20

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-21
SLIDE 21
  • Ernest Giles project covers a vast and

virtually unexplored greenstone sequence

  • f over 200km of strike of gold prospective

rocks

  • Drilling in late 2016 identified two large

zones of gold mineralisation at the Meadows target

  • In 2017, Deep Sensing Geochemistry work

at Meadows identified several new anomalies, including a large 5km by 1.5km gold anomaly

  • In 2018, drill campaign at Meadows

extended two previously identified large zones of gold mineralisation. Greatland’s first drill campaign at Wishbone detected gold, silver and copper mineralization (up to 38ppb gold and 0.15% copper)

ERNEST GILES - OVERVIEW

21

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-22
SLIDE 22

Why Dominate a Greenstone Belt?

  • Greatland dominates the Ernest Giles gold

province with a landholding of approximately 2,000 square kilometres

  • Most of the major gold deposits in Western

Australia are hosted by the greenstone belts

  • All greenstone belts hold some amount of gold

with several areas hosting very large deposits The Future of Big Discoveries?

  • Greatland’s view is that many of the multi-million
  • unce gold deposits discovered over the next 20

years will be those that currently lie under significant cover

  • The greenstone sequences east of Laverton were,

until recently, very poorly explored due to their remote location and cover sequences

PANORAMA PROJECT

23

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-24
SLIDE 24
  • Three adjoining granted exploration licences

covering 155 km² in the Pilbara region. Gold targets identified on northern and southern licences

  • In Northern licence, rock chip sampling results

returned up to 18.45g/t gold confirming historic rock chip results and indicating a potential high grade zone of gold mineralisation up to 3.2km long

  • In Southern licence, two clusters of gold

anomalies were identified by soil and stream sampling coincident with the base of Mt Roe basalt and adjacent conglomerate

  • Project occupies dominant and strategic position

across what is potentially largest coherent cobalt in streams anomaly in Western Australia

BROMUS PROJECT

25

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-26
SLIDE 26
  • Drilling in 2016/17 (six diamond holes) targeted

a 4.5km long ultramafic unit that was assessed to have potential for nickel sulphides

  • Broad, low level, nickel intercepts reported

including 48m at 0.14%

  • More interestingly, anomalous levels of silver,

zinc, cadmium and sulphur detected that are indicative of a polymetallic VMS-type system

  • Results merit further investigation, VMS-style

system a relatively new discovery for the region

BROMUS - OVERVIEW

26

www.greatlandgold.com

slide-27
SLIDE 27
  • Leverage strong financial position to

accelerate exploration across its portfolio of exciting exploration assets

  • Havieron: Spectacular initial results from

second drilling campaign (ongoing) following excellent results from maiden campaign

  • Black Hills: Multiple gold nuggets and high

grade gold in rock chips detected in first exploration campaign

  • Firetower: Drill programme in early 2019,

large target detected by 3DIP survey

  • Seek to acquire new opportunities and

review options to monetise current projects
