Foundry and Castings
Specialize in various pump parts’ die making, molding, melting and casting, heat treatment, etc. Materials as per ISO, ASTM and GB standards, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel , supper duplex steel, Hastelloy, Monel and Inconel, etc. Physical properties and chemical composition laboratories with more than 50 sets of instruments and equipments, including Spark Spectrum Analyzer and PMI instruments.

Foundry and Castings
Nine sets of medium-frequency induction furnaces from 250 kg to 5 tons. Two AOD (argon oxygen decarburization) furnaces, each is of 5 tons. One VOD (vacuum oxygen decarburization) furnaces of 3 tons. Four workshops equipped with more than 200 sets of various machine tools including NC machine tools and machining centers.

Turning diameter up to 4.0m, turning length up to 10.0m, grind length up to 4.0m, milling dimensions up to 2.5m x 5.0m, boring dimensions up to 2.5m x 2.5m. Assembly
Four workshops including two standard pumps workshops, one special pumps workshop and one nuclear pumps workshop. Standard pumps workshop: Floor area of 8,500 m2,lifting capacity of 10 tons. Testing
The four existing fully equipped testing stations ensure every pump supplied by Deep Blue is fully tested before its ex-works, to prove performance and ensure problem free commissioning on site. One testing station with power up to 4,500 kW is under construction. The testing station can heat the testing liquids to 240 degrees centigrade, the Thermal Shock Test can be executed. The testing station can test the pumps with slurry water.

Testing
All testing stations can do full string testing, performance testing, noise testing, vibration testing, NPSH testing, running testing and other testing deemed as necessary by Deep Blue are available and applied, also other testings are possible if required by customer. One standard pumps testing station has one closed test loop, five testing positions for horizontal pumps and one testing position for vertical pumps, power up to 250 kW and capacity up to 3,000 m3/h.

One special pumps testing stations has two closed test loops, eight testing positions for horizontal pumps, five testing positions for vertical pumps and one testing position for Hydraulic Power Recovery Turbines, power up to 3,000 kW and capacity up to 30,000 m3/h.

One ultra-low temperature pumps testing station has one closed test loop, one testing position for horizontal and vertical pumps, power up to 500 kW, apply liquid nitrogen as testing liquid, lowest temperature can be -198 ℃. This testing station is to test the liquid oxygen pumps of air separation unit under -183℃.
