Founded in 1993 with 63 employees, today Grandis is composed of a network of 9 production sites and has more than 500 employees. Located in close proximity, our workshop sites have developed a strong reactivity to respond to fluctuations in raw materials and adapt perfectly to the demands of each collection. Furthermore, to reinforce our production potential and capacity to fulfil specific demands, we have enlarged our network to include 15 external subcontractors located in France and Europe. Over the years, Grandis has enhanced its range of services to encompass all the phases in luxury garment manufacturing from start to finish : - Our DEVELOPMENT AND PATTERNS DEPARTMENT is composed of 20 permanent employees and craftsmen who work in close collaboration with designers to accompany them through each phase of the creation of toiles, patterns, pattern grading, and technical records. - OUR EXCLUSIVE MODEL WORKSHOP is dedicated to the development and creation of toiles, prototypes, collection reproductions, original pieces, press models and made-to-measure. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT oversees all of the following - services o Management of Manufacturing License Agreements o Purchase, Inspection and Storage of Raw Materials o Quality Control o Merchandising Logistics of Luxury Goods: reception, inventory, packing and shipping to platforms and/or stores located in any destination in the world. The completion of a production is then scheduled in accordance with volumes and specific delays.  FLEXIB FLEXIBILI ILITY Manufacturing License Orders are completed in our own workshops. To fulfil greater demands, we have developed a network of 15 subcontractors who are located in France and Europe.  SUSTAIN AINABI ABILITY LITY We have set up a program dedicated to the preservation and transmission of our savoir- faire. In 2013, we have received the approval of “ training institution ” . In addition this year, we have recruited 45 employees to meet the requirements of our clients.  QUAL ALIT ITY In 2012, our quality rating was 99.6%.  EV EVOLU OLUTION ION In In 2007, the site at Saint-Pair was expanded to triple the space of our Conception and Development Department to 450 m 2 . 2008, the company SIDMA moved into a new site of 1300 m 2 . In In 20 In In 2009, our Logistics system was set up to handle the reception, inventory, and storage of luxury goods (RTW, leather goods, footwear). Our logistics department handles all orders and oversees the shipment to clients’ platforms or stores to any destination worldwide. In In 2011, the company SEFA joined the Grandis Group bringing to our network its manufacturing expertise in the areas of skirts, dresses, trousers and suits. In 2012, the companies SAINT LÔ COUTURE and SOCACO have joined us to reinforce In our range of services with a complementary know-how the double-sided. From drawings communicated by the designers, our pattern makers work the volume on models, they create the patterns and finish by the grading operations. Associated with the collections process, the methods and quality department checks the conformity of the products and its economic conformity. Equipped with computing solutions Lectra, Modaris Expert and Cegid Orliweb, we collect and scan all the necessary information to do patterns and nomenclature. Our core business is the Ready to Wear in Luxury in the following domains : Woman, Tailor, Dress Making, Man … Our teams are regularly in Paris, especially to realize the fittings.

It is dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of original pieces, toiles, collection models, press models, made-to-measure garments. This workshop works in close collaboration with the development and patterns department and avails of all the technical resources and equipment of every production site. For season collections and runway shows, we also engage up to 50 extra expert seamstresses from our other areas of production.
