Involve countries of origin, transit and destination in the fight againts the mafias: protect the rights of migrants and facilitate the legal and regular migration). New and cheaper means for maritime surveillance (complete development of SIVE, EUROSUR..) Successing in the raising awareness campaing (no deads, no mafias successful).
