Open Enrollment

  • 1. If you are interested in a program not offered at your

home school you must complete the online "Open Enrollment" application.

  • 2. Open enrollment forms are available on the DUSD

homepage at www.dysart.org.

  • 3. If you attend another HS other than your home school,

you will likely need to provide your own transportation to and from school. Limited transportation may be available. Applications for bus passes will be available after successful completion of enrollment.

Freshmen Placement in High School English and Math Courses

Placement into English 1-2 (H), Algebra 1-2 (H), Geometry 1-2 and Geometry 1-2 (H) will be based on:

  • Proficiency on benchmark assessments
  • Proficiency on Algebra placement assessment
  • Teacher recommendation

Please take your benchmark and placement assessments seriously.

the pages in the Course Selection Guide for advanced college preparation information.

teacher the week of January 26th.
