  5. ITINERARY DAY 1-2  Drop off at 1530h for a 1600h depart  Ferry crossing 2345h  Arrive at Alpenrose Hotel 1800h  Boot fit, unpack and acclimatise

  6. DAYS 3-6  Wake up call 0700h  Breakfast 0730h  On the slopes all day with a lunch break for 1 hour  Return to hotel at 1630h  Dinner 1800h  Evening activities 1900h

  7. EVENING ACTIVITIES  Friday 4 Jan – Whole group swimming  Saturday 5 Jan – Half group curling / Half group bowling*  Sunday 6 Jan – Half group curling / Half group bowling*  Monday 7 Jan – Whole group quiz *Groups TBC but will try to keep friends together

  11. DAYS 7 - 8  Ski all day  Return equipment  Have dinner and depart 1830h on Tuesday 8 th Jan  Ferry arrival time 1205h  Return to school at approximately 1830hWednesday 9 th Jan  Sleep

  12. DAY 9 Back into school Future trips depend on Thursday 3 rd attendance to get term-time days off and keep cost down

  13. KIT  It is extremely cold this time of year. -10°C with the wind chill can mean it is -30°C at the top of the mountains  Adequate ski thermals (top and bottom)  Sunblock (south facing)  Select Kit List  Go Pro – must be checked by staff  No rucksacks on slopes

  19. GENERAL Supervision  At all times on slope and during evening activities.  Free time in rooms and common areas. Money  Students responsibility  Lunches on slope  Journey there and back  General/presents  £20 + 100euros + coins for toilet stops*
