Remaining Challenges Uncertainties – Article 26 Data Protection

■ We welcome rules for data protection ■ However we do not yet see the relation to the claims legislation and how the two data protection timelines will be interlinked

Clearly the applicant would like to communicate about the efficacy of a product once the safety assessment is finalized, if the claim is approved first and the data protection procedure starts to run, important time for the data protection is lost
