• With Vocal Supporters at both ends of the

spectrum, most fall in the “invest now” category with some variance of opinion regarding to what degree, and for which specific elements of the Facilities and Infrastructure needs

support (rebuild v. repair) with varying opinions on use of proceeds subject to actual funding decision
