  • Elections not available via Self Service portal.
  • Employees on unpaid leave as of 10/2/20 will receive a letter (via USPS)

from UCPath with options for Open Enrollment including a paper enrollment, if applicable. Forms can be emailed, faxed, or mailed. All employees on leave will receive a notice from HR/UCSB Leave Administration with directions and links.
