PRESENTA TATI TION Falières Nutrition is specialized in outdoor food and offers a wide range of freeze- dried meals as well as long shelf-life kit meals to its customers, to emergency services and to administrations. The company produces complete food rations and takes into account the specifications of its customers with a recognized know-how. Falières Nutrition brings a precise answer to the emergency and autonomy food needs for sportsmen and professionals. A simple and quick access for a great reactivity The company is located 65 km South-East of Bordeaux and is accessible by BORDEAUX-PAU A65. Exit 2 - Captieux is 2 km far from our company warehouse. NOW-HOW Located in the Landes de Gascogne , the company is equiped with: A food laboratory approved by the European standards since 1986 and HACCP method of specific traceability for the production of freeze-dried meals. A certification for Organic meals. Falières Nutrition is specilaized in: - Freeze-dried meals production: ₋ Long shelf-life ₋ Reduced weight and volume ₋ Preserved organoleptic and dietetics qualities ₋ Fast rehydration without cooking ₋ Packed in a new Kraft-complex packaging that can be burnt into a campfire for a better environmental respect. - Preparation of specific food rations containing freeze-dried meals, exclusive products, sel-heating cans and selected foods: - For outdoor activities - For emergency services such as fireman, sea or mountain rescuers, civil protection, army, … - For all profesional activities with specific outdoor food needs.

  5. EQUIPMENT • Food laboratory (600 m2) where food ingredients are prepared and freeze-dried. The meals are then packed into a kraft- complex packaging under controlled atmosphere. • Retention room where samples of each production are kept until the best before date. • Office and meeting room The daily production capacity ranges from 3 000 to 20 000 freeze-dried meals. 50.000 references are immediately available for emergencies.

  6. EQUIPMENT A production and packaging line for long shelf-life food rations (up to 8 000 daily units): complete food rations (warm or cold), breakfast, snack rations. The best ingredients in a very convenient box. • Assembling room (300m²) • Storage room (1000m²)
