• China's migrant population are mainly rural workers, and

most of them enroll in the new rural cooperative medical scheme (RCMS)in their hometown.

• In 2016, China has increased government subsidies for this

scheme to 420 yuan (61 US dollars) per capita per year.

By the end of 2016, we will achieve the intra-

provincial transfer of RCMS for migrants.

By the end of 2017, the cross-provincial transfer will

be successfully achieved for in-patient services for migrants.
