needed precision designed racks that could be used for robotic loading of truck frames. The tolerances for this type of rack are much tighter than a standard manually loaded rack (+/- 2mm). Additionally each rack has to be 100% consistent on all part containing dimensions (rack to rack) so that the robotic loader can be set one time. RESULT: CIT built these specialty racks utilizing our laser fixturing capabilities as well as
