They are good citizens who can raise the awareness of wellbeing and positive mental health in their local area. In particular, to inspire parents to interact more meaningfully with their children through chat, play and read activities.

What are Wellbeing Champions?

The purpose of the Wellbeing Champion is to help spread the culture of wellbeing within their local

  • community. Also, to encourage and promote chat,

play, read and other positive home learning

  • pportunities to parents amongst diverse ethnicity.

What do Wellbeing Champions do?

Wellbeing Champions get access to a free online course and receive the Institutes weekly wellbeing insights by email. The insights contain tools and resources which they can share with the parents they meet.
