We want to make of the Carnac Yacht Club a reference in the world of dinghy sailing: reference in terms of sailing school and training, reference in terms of regatta organization, reference in terms of sports results, reference in terms of Environment but also and foremost reference in terms of conviviality. Indeed, an association is a place of meeting, a manufacture of the social bond where people from different horizons mix, united by their passion for sailing and sport. The Carnac Yacht Club was created 53 years ago, therefore we celebrate its anniversary in 2010 ! In 53 years, many things happened, always with passion, generosity and performance. Thanks to whom and what? Thanks to the men and women working all year long at the club, thanks to the team of seasonal trainors, thanks to the numerous volunteers ashore and on shore and thanks to the volunteer members of the executive committee and board. But all this energy wouldn’t turn to good account without our partners: the regional executive committee and board. The Carnac Yacht Club is an association created in 1960, set up of an executive committee and represented by a board. These elected representatives are the guarantor of the sports, educational and social values and educational and social values and they’re making the club part of its time.
