PoC Outcomes

Select physician participation allowed for hands-on clinical use of the EMR Dashboard and introductory indicators. A broad range of clinic practice types across the LHINs participated in the PoC.

• Benefits Evaluation report provides key findings based on

feedback from physicians through training sessions, follow-up support sessions, Baseline Survey responses, Final Survey responses.

• Final Report is a summary of lessons learned, key findings

and recommendations to support broader provincial planning.

• Phase 2 planning is underway (Enhance, Expand, Plan)
