Replacing multiple panels and repairs at a cost of $456,622 but with minimal

life expectancy increase

Complete replacement for $1,521,403
Elm Lake Dam is 81 years old. In order to do the partial replacement we would

have to spend $456,622 attaching new concrete to 81 year old concrete

Full replacement is the safest and highest and best use of state dollars
City of Aberdeen and other funding partners will be responsible for $1.0

million of the $1.5 million cost
