Why ECG Education & Career Guidance (ECG) • Students need guidance and support as they transit from education institutions into the new world of work so as to be future ready. • They should be given opportunities to: o Explore and develop their interests and strengths o Engage in deep learning o Apply their learning in real-world contexts to make a difference in their areas of passion 2
