Digital Announcements at Station EES

Each morning at Edison Elementary School, three 4th grade students hurry to the library to check any updates for the daily news. Students rehearse the script for the day, check the equipment, and begin a countdown at 9:16 am. After announcements, students prepare the news for the following day...including lunch choice, birthdays, school updates, pledge to the flag, and joke of the day.

Google Classroom

Everyday the teacher can add assignments and information.

Teachers can include video, worksheets, assignments and exemplars.

Students can access the Google Classroom from home on any

device with their district Google username and class code.

Parents can be involved by getting a code of their own which links

to their child’s google classroom

Google Classroom is highly engaging and fun!

SeeSaw

SeeSaw allows the teacher to share images from the classroom to all parents in the class

SeeSaw allows students to respond in many ways using their “electronic journal.” Parents see the journal responses, and can reply to their child.

Seesaw allows parents and students to interact in the electronic journal at the discretion of the teacher.
