Mining Project Metrics MINING PROJECT IN PRODUCTION  Construction Completed with Mining and Washing Operations Started  Capital expenditure of approximately USD2.1m  Monthly production target of 10,000 to 15,000 tonnes of product by early 2018  Payback estimated between 14 and 18 months  Project is owner operated – means of production are in the Company’s hands  Mining is managed by Edenville and a mix of owner operated fleet with haul trucks and support equipment from a local Tanzanian contractor – saving on mining cost of at least USD70k - USD100k per month compared with using an outside contractor  The wash plant is owned and operated by Edenville – Results in considerable saving on plant processing costs of at least USD50k per month compared with using contract washing facility  The recently signed coal off-take agreement with Riftcot allows for 75% of the coal production to be sold at the mine gate - Riftcot assuming transport organisation and costs – considerable saving for Edenville on working capital requirement for transport  Riftcot already supply approximately 100,000 tonnes of coal per month into East Africa and our products will have multiple avenues of distribution  Supplying variable sized products including 10-30mm, 30-70mm and 70-90mm and fines (0-10mm) 9 www.edenville-energy.com
