CARBAT is a B2C network supplying automotive batteries to end users customers. CARBAT is also an “on time” battery replacement provider to end users. On each battery replaced, CARBAT is recovering, free of charge, the exhausted battery. FS is a service company providing after sales assistance to FIB customers. FS is also providing traction batteries and full service to end users. Lithops is a Li-On R&D company (pilot and lab scale plant) developing cells for FIB industrial project (Teverola project)

In March 2017 FIB bought from Whirlpool Corporation the ex Indesit industrial site, located in Teverola, where it will carry out a plant for the production of lithium cells with an initial installed capacity of 200MWh/y. In December 2017, Jujuy Litio SA was established, between FIB and JEMSE, for the construction of a plant for the manufacture of active materials, lithium cells and electrical systems and / or devices that use batteries of this type. FIB will bring the know-how productive and commercial, while the organization Argentine Government (JEMSE) will make available to Jujuy Litio SA the lithium carbonate Produced in the State of Jujuy. The Argentine partnership will allow access to raw materials at competitive prices, allowing for a significant saving in cell production costs and access to the South American (MercoSur) market.
