  3. What is DUO? DUO is a second layer of protection that verifies you’re really you. Even if attackers know your ID or password, DUO, which is a second factor of authentication, stops them.

  5. Benefits of DUO - Easy to distribute (no pick-up except for hardware tokens) - Self-service options for users - Easy to use - Multiple authentication methods supported - Works on multiple devices
