Business Plan:

• With a different layout and refurbishment Newbridge

could have a clearer visitor offer, facilitate more tours of the house and farm and generate higher turnover by attracting more visits

• This new layout should not build additional buildings, but

could free up existing buildings and spaces and ensure that they work together

• The conservation of the house requires ongoing

investment, and a sustainable income stream is required to provide that far into the future

• The company does not have sufficient reserves, so the

Council will make a capital injection of 1.5m which will have a payback period of 7.5 years
