JAXPORT notifies HWA they do not own the small cell on Reed Island

Councilman Clay Yarborough initiates discussions with COJ to use Reed Island

HWSD Created by City Council Ordinance 2010-725E

  • Feb 2011

Soil samples taken from Canal System

  • April 2011 Reed Island officially eliminated as spoil site due to residential zoning
  • Aug 2011

Meeting with JAXPORT to discuss alternatives

Spoil Site License Agreement with JAXPORT for 60K Yrds to Bartram Island
