∙ 41% are 24 and younger; average age is 31 ∙ fairly equal number of males and females ∙ 18% percent of learners identify as having a disability ∙ Secondary School credit is main goal path (72%) followed by Employment (15%) and Apprenticeship (11%) ∙ Most referrals to programming coming equally from ES and OW (27% in total). ∙ 66% receive income supports EI, OW/OSDSP; 17% report no source of income ∙ 60% of learners had a history of interrupted education ∙ 55% of the learners out of formal education for more 6 years
