Four Broad Categories Solid Waste Organic waste: kitchen waste, vegetables, flowers, leaves, fruits. Toxic waste: old medicines, paints, chemicals, bulbs, spray cans, fertilizer and pesticide Containers, batteries, shoe polish. Recyclable: paper, glass, metals, plastics. Soiled: hospital waste such as cloth soiled with blood and other body fluids.
The Mixed solid waste (MSW) consists of household waste, kitchen waste, vegetables, flowers, leaves, fruits, papers, plastics, glass, metals, medicines, sanitation residue and waste from streets. This garbage is generated mainly from residential and commercial complexes. With rising urbanization and change in lifestyle and food habits, the amount of municipal solid waste has been increasing rapidly and its composi- tion changing. More than 25% of the municipal solid waste is not collected at all; 70% of the Indian cities lack adequate capacity to transport it and there are no sanitary landfills to dispose of the waste. The ex- isting landfills are neither well equipped nor well managed and are not lined properly to protect against contamination of soil and groundwater.
Industrial and hospital waste is considered hazardous as they may contain toxic substances. Certain types
plants; are corrosive, highly inflammable, or explosive; and react when exposed to certain things e.g.
in four states: Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. Household wastes that can be cate- gorised as hazardous waste include old batteries, shoe polish, paint tins, old medicines, and medicine bot-
pesticide, dye, refining, and rubber industries. Direct exposure to chemicals in hazardous waste such as mercury and cyanide can be fatal
Hospital waste is generated during the diagnosis, treatment, or immunization of human beings or animals or in research activities in these fields or in the production or testing of biological. It may include wastes like sharps, soiled waste, disposables, anatomical waste, cultures, discarded medicines, chemical wastes, etc. These are in the form of disposable syringes, swabs, bandages, body fluids, human excreta, etc. This waste is highly infectious and can be a serious threat to human health if not managed in a scientific and discriminate manner. It has been roughly esti- mated that out of the 4 kg of waste generated in a hospital at least 1 kg would be infected.
Hospital waste contaminated by chemicals used in hospitals is considered hazardous. These chemicals in- clude formaldehyde and phenols, which are used as disinfectants, and mercury, which is used in ther- mometers or equipment that measure blood pressure. Most hospitals in India do not have proper disposal facilities for these hazardous wastes. Surveys carried out by various agencies show that the health care establishments in India are not giving due attention to their waste management. After the notification of the Bio-medical Waste (Handling and Management) Rules, 1998, these establishments are slowly streamlining the process of waste segre- gation, collection, treatment, and disposal. BlackHOLE TM is a revolutionary self-powered, Non-Combustion system which uses the POPS TM technology to reduce the volume of waste to 1/350-1/400 in 3-4 hrs without using any external power source and is 100% Emission-free. Flue gas emitted from the heating chamber after the destruction by using this technology complies as per CPCB guidelines of Waste Incineration specification limit. On the other hand, the chamber temperature is regenerated to dry the input waste by which it is increasing the volume of waste destruction.
Waste has to be feed into the chamber of equipment on uniform intervals. At the initial stage requires start up fire by using camphor/Dry wood afterwards destruction starts slowly by splitting the molecules into atoms. These atoms further ionized as electron, proton and neutron and this state is called as “plas- ma state” and separated electron change to “accelerated electron” with strong energy. On the other side a small amount of atmospheric air is allowed to pass through strong magnetic field into Oxygen starved chamber. During this operation oxygen molecule split into elemental oxygen with negative
is needed to accelerate reaction which can achieve by initial decomposition. From 200oC (by initial firing) to 350~650oC in the equipment by plasma, ionization and thermal Vibration will achieve. The decomposition of waste takes place on bed wise so that heat energy developed may not be continu-
layer of deposited ash and ash will be separated. The waste heat is recovered through a tubular heat sink arranged near the upper layer of deposited ash of a hearth center section of said combustion chamber and said hearth periphery and the entire structure will have good heat transfer potential. The waste heat is recovered back and supply to the wet waste where the moisture content is reducing phenomenally The flue gas emission from the decomposition chamber is releasing with natural draft. The emission may contain some toxic components like Dioxin and Furan, Heavy metals, Nitrogen Oxides etc.
4.6 Decomposition Process
The efficiency of the system depends on moisture content of the waste loaded into the machine If the average moisture level of the MSW is 20% and below, the performance of the system will go up to 120% level If the average moisture level of the MSW is 60% and above, the performance of the system will come down to 40% level. We strongly recommend ensuring the moisture level of MSW at less than 40% mark for optimum perfor- mance of the system STABILISATION PERIOD: Initially SP system require min. 1 week days’ time to reach operational stability to obtain optimum output in performance.

BACKGOUND: The BlackHOLE ™is a revolutionary waste management piece of art and technology that is an outcome of trademarked technologies which includes- 1-Programmed Oxygenated Plasma State (POPS) TM 2-Ionized Oxygen Plasma (IO2P) TM 3-Tesla Flux Vortex (TFV) TM The BlackHOLE TM is patented in 151 other countries across the world including the USA. It does not require any external source of energy to operate and is completely self-sustaining system. It will reduce the volume of any type of refuse/garbage in the order of 1/300 to 1/400 depending upon the type of garbage. The BlackHOLE TM with the help of its POPS TM, IO2P TM, and TVF TM trademarked technologies is able to achieve this massive volume reduction with ZERO EMISSION. INTRODUCTION: We at TeslaGREEN Inc TM offer an environmentally and economically attractive method for tire disposal. Today the world practically runs on tires, but getting rid of them is an environmental and economical nightmare. The tires have been designed to perform in the toughest conditions such as, to with stand high temperature fluctuations, pressure and continuous wear and tear. Across the globe, efforts are underway to address the issue of used tires. Tires are not biodegradable. Seas of tires still exist in dumps around the globe, but very minimal progress is being made in dealing with the problem. PROCESS OVERVIEW: When we heat the chamber to about 350-400 C, A state of plasma is created within the chamber due to POPS TM, IO2P TM AND TVF TM phenomenon. Plasma is an ionized gas with equal amount of electrons and protons, wherein some electrons are removed from the atoms and the molecules and are free. When a small amount of oxygen is let inside the chamber through the valves the oxygen is absorbed into the plasma, this leads to highly reactive negatively charged oxygen ions. This oxygen is highly oxidative thus decomposing dioxins and other harmful compounds by oxidation. FEATURES: • the tires are decomposed without using electricity or fuel, this revolutionary technique utilizes. POPS TM, IO2P TM AND TVF TM phenomenon • the system doesn't involve flame combustion thus generating no dioxins and furans. • The BlackHOLE TM does not use auxiliary combustion equipment to improve the processing efficiency and no input electricity or fuel for the combustion process. • The system cannot process rocks, glass and heavy metals but can decompose almost all other materials including petroleum products and
PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Here in The BlackHOLE ™ the tires are subjected to thermal decomposition and vibration in the oxygen starved chamber without using any additional source of energy like fuel, electricity
not prone to self-ignition, as tire must be heated to at least 400 C for a period of several minutes prior to
amount of oxygen is then passed through the valves, which will oxidize and decompose the tires efficiently.
Generally when tires are subjected to high temperature above 400 C and with 30 mins of reaction time, the
The entire decomposition could be separated into 45% Liquid, 15% Gaseous (T-Gas TM) 40% Solid In The BlackHOLE ™when we maintain a controlled appropriate temperature sufficient enough to decompose the tire along with POPS TM IO2P TM AND TVF TM phenomenon the main product is SynGAS (synthetic gas) also called as TeslaGREEN INC ™ Trademarked T-Gas TM which is collected before it enters the flu gas chamber to be able to used as a bi-product for nitrogen fertilizers, glue and Hydrogen gas, also called as the fuel for future. Any and all other gaseous emissions from the processing of the tires is treated with different layers of wet scrubbers that leaves about 10% Tar (10% of the total weight of the tires processed). Our laboratory tests have demonstrated that this tar also know as our trademarked product-Tire Derived Bitumen (TDB) TM is very high in carbon content and is of higher quality and properties than Coal tar and asphalt for laying roads. Tires can also be mixed with regular garbage to increase the efficiency of The BlackHOLE ™. Both the regular garbage and the tires will act as catalyst to decompose each other more efficiently and economically. On an average a tire is made up of- 1.5 kg of steel 0.5 kg of textiles 7 kg of rubber Generally, we would need to shred the tires before subjecting them to any kind of decomposition In The BlackHOLE ™we can load up to 1000 pounds (30 Tires) of tires per feed in an BH 1.0 model which can have 8-9 feeds /24hrs. Below picture shows the metal remains of the decomposed tire in The BlackHOLE ™. Higher the capacity of the machine higher is the volume of tires decomposed. The tires are among the largest and most problematic sources of waste, due to large volume produced. The BlackHOLE ™ is the best solution to get rid of tires in the world in a economical and ecological friendly manner.
