Next Steps

 Complete final design of urban design and aesthetic

elements following today’s input

 Public hearing tonight (5:00pm to 8:00pm, Glenwood

Springs Elementary School):

– Present findings of Environmental Assessment (EA) and obtain public comments – Present recent aesthetic and urban design

 Decision document will address public comments on the

EA, which completes the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process.

 Decision document and final design scheduled to be

complete by early spring

 Construction start anticipated late 2015
