BELOW IMAGE OF SURFACE & SUBSURFACE URANIUM MINERALISATION demonstrates the potential to profitably mine our Alaskite outcrops @current low Uranium prices; & also proof of the viability to increase
- ur current average Uranium grade with more drilling to above 400 ppm (max thus far @2720 ppm); tonnage
- f main deposit to 300,000 tonnes ; 400,000 tonnes for total NNC acreage & > 500,000 tonnes for the

OVERVIEW OF EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT TODATE:
The images to the left & below show results of some
- f our earlier chemical analyses at world-renowned
Uranium laboratories such as BuroVeritas (Swakopmund); Actlabs (Canada) and SGS (South Africa). Some of the correlation analysis charts between our Uranium probing data & lab results (+- 80% although about 45% o lab assays were even higher than the probe results). A Google image showing the extent of a local Pyrite body that shows >20% Sulphur mineralization i.e. capable of producing all Sulphuric Acid required= further lowering cost of Uranium Oxide production. AS EVIDENCED BELOW EVERY DRILL HOLE ALONG THE ENTIRE 2.8 KM MAIN URANIUM ANOMALY INDICATED URANIUM MINERALISATION; AND ALL SPACED-OUT (+/- 100 -200 m apart) HOLES OUTSIDE THE CURRENT RESOURCE ESTIMATE GRID (i.e. reminder of the main U Anomaly = >85%) returned on average 3 – 4 times (& attimes 5 – 12x) MORE URANIUM MINERALIZATION IN THE REST OF THE AREA & THUS THE SUBSEQUENT PROJECTED INCREMENT IN URANIUM GRADE & TONNAGE WITH MORE DRILLING AS PLANNED.

SUMMARY OF OTHER MINING OPPORTUNITIES OF NNC; & ASSOCIATED DEPOSITS –
SUMMARY OF HEAVY & LIGHT RARE EARTH; TUNGSTEN + VANADIUM OPPORTUNITY
NNC OWNS A HEAVY RARE EARTH DEPOSIT IN THE MIDDLE OF NAMIBIA’S PRIME HEAVY RARE EARTH MINE (NAMIBIA RARE EARTHS) THAT SEEMS TO SHOW EVEN MORE RARE EARTH TONNAGE – this constitutes an extension of the carbonatite deposit mined for Heavy rare earths in the adjacent Namibia Rare Earth (Pty) Ltd. mine into our Mining License as shown below; & our Chemical analyses from world-renowned laboratories e.g. Actlabs Canada indicate exactly similar Rare Earth mineralization (predominantly Heavy Rare Earth occurrence). However, more similar surface & subsurface bodies occur throughout our License area as shown below- making our envisaged mine perhaps even larger than the earlier mine. (see images below). Lastly numerous sample analyses also evidence significant Tungsten (W) as well as some Vanadium & Cromium that could be highly beneficial elemental credits.
China controls production of over 90% of global rare earths; has effected drastic cut-backs on production- a move that has forced global rare earths consumers to urgently seek new supplies and thus the anticipated >50surge in all rare earth prices particularly Neodymium and Heavy Rare Earths found on our site that are projected for an even higher price spike.
NAMIBIA RARE EARTHS (Pty) Ltd.
NAMIBIA NUCLEAR CORPORATION
Heavy Rare Earth deposit in the middle of NRE (Pty) Ltd.
Analyses for Heavy Rare Earths in samples from these bodies show high readings (below) - & proof of continuity of exact body targeted in the adjacent Mine; and even more similar Carbonatites identified throughout our license that would make our mine even larger than the adjacent Heavy rare earth mine.–this would automatically enable an appreciable IPO that would rnable this partnership to rapidly drill the already identified targets (below) and setup this attractive Heavy Rare Earth Mine (see attached detailed submission to Ministry of Mines & Energy).

OUR VARIOUS FIELD INSPECTIONS; EXTENSIVE FIELD (In-situ) MEASUREMENTS FROM CARBONATITES WITHIN OUR LICENSE AREA; ROCK GRABS, CHEMICAL ANALYSES AT WORLD- RENOWNED RARE EARTH LABORATORIES (e.g. Actlabs Canada) as well as RESEARCH ON SIMILAR RARE EARTH DEPOSITS IN THE US, CHINA & SOUTH AMERICA : A: REVEAL SIMILAR CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH GREAT LIGHT & HEAVY RARE EARTH MINERALISATION AS WELL AS SIMILAR CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AS IN THE NEIGHBOURING RENOWNED NAMIBIA RARE EARTHST (Pty) Ltd. ACREAGE; B: ENABLED IDENTIFICATION OF SIMILAR BODIES THROUGHOUT OUR LICENSE AREA (See adopted NRE earlier image encroaching into our area & our identified new drill targets = ROUND DOTS) - POINTING TO A POSSIBLY EVEN LARGER RARE EARTH DEPOSIT; & EVEN SEPARATE UNITS REMAIN OPTIMALLY LOCATED WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY FOR RAPID & COST-EFFECTIVE MINING. GIVEN THE ABOVE; THE CURRENT FAVOURABLE L&HREE PRICES & PROJECTED SPIKE IN THESE PRICES DUE TO THEIR EVER-ESCALATING DEMAND OWING TO INCREASED DEMAND FOR RENEWABLES; ELECTRIC CARS & NUMEROUS ELECTRONIC & NANOTECH APPLICATIONS THIS IS A DEPOSIT THAT STANDS TO EARN ASTRONOMICAL RETURNS FOR INVESTORS.
UPON SECURING INVESTORS OUR TEAM PLANS TO CONCLUDE DRILLING BY mid-2020 & commence mine setup by 2021 in-time to capitalize on the current REE price high whilst targeting the projected price spike in 3 – 5 years from now.
