• The Information Technology Department’s money is for

general technology upgrades across the City for network connectivity and reliability of systems that effect all other City

• departments. As the other departments move forward with

their projects, we are also playing a supporting role.

• Construction of second Data Center in the Fire Training

Building nearing completion. ($175,742.18)

• Fire Suppression System for second Data Center is in final

stage of implementation. ($55,262)

Department Summaries Capital

• Deploying the 200 computers purchased to replace computers

that can not run Office 2013. 94 of the 200 have been deployed.

• Finalizing a proposal for the upgrade of City’s technology

infrastructure, equipment and software.

• Continuing to assist other city departments on the technology

required for the sales tax projects.
