• Nov 14: DRCOG will send bids to evaluation committee for

review

• Nov 30: Project update call – Contact Ashley for info!
• Early Dec: Vendor interviews (if needed)
• Dec- Feb: DRCOG will mail letters of intent with “not-to-

exceed” quotes to partners

• Mid-Jan: DRCOG will seek Board approval to hire the

vendor.

• Mid-Feb: Goal for work to begin
• Mar – July: Invoicing
