  10. Learning from Others. Learning by Doing.  Joined collaborative in Oct. 2018.  Over 60 communities, 10 in Virginia.  One-year min., 3 action cycles.  Focused on chronic homelessness and veterans.

  13. Early, Important Lessons  Real-time, by-name data.  Rigorous idea testing to drive reductions.  Focus on sustainability.  Enhance relationships, pull together systems, such as mental health and criminal justice. 12/11/2018 13
