Student Life and Co-Curricular Assessment ∗ As part of our continuous improvement commitment to HLC, we are embarking on collecting co-curricular data in a simple, uniform way ∗ When you request Student Life Collaboration, please utilize the “Collaboration Form” ∗ We need the form 2 weeks before the event if you need assistance with marketing to students ∗ We need the form 3 weeks before the event if you are requesting funding ∗ NEW: collaborations this year will do assessments
