• Provide short reports (3-5 slides) at every

meeting containing

– Status of deployment / progress – Issues discovered which hinder deployment – Developments overcoming issues

• E.g. done also during June/Sep GDBs

– In the future at every WLCG Operations Coordination meeting

ES How to contact sites

• Most important issue to be solved

– Presentations are not enough

• After June GDB no new deployments (summer?)

– Personal contact with site admins

• So far 100 % successful (3 more sites)
• Not a sustainable model

– We need some better strategy

• Some VOs have their established communication

channels, we should use those.

• Otherwise email contact is enough?

ES What else do we need?

• (Better) communication channels

– taskforce -> (T2) sites (per VO?) – E.g. E-group “wlcg-cvmfs-deployment”

• Supporting sam tests for Worker nodes &

Stratum servers

– Give a good overview of grid environment
