  2. Introduction Kevin Sosa, Associate Director of IT, Ohio Board of Regents Revathi Kumaraswamy, Business Analyst, Ohio Board of Regents

  3. Overview The survey sent out in December 2012 was to gather information to provide a uniform standard for sending data to all institutions. This will help all USO institutions to receive identical information that is vital for importing into their SIS. The survey ranked elements by: • Usage • Importance • Availability

  4. How can we proceed? 1. Survey results will be discussed with Data Standards Committee 2. Survey results will be converted into requirements 3. Requirements will be sent to Data Standards Committee for approval 4. Requirements will define the code change for ATC Validation service 5. Timeline will be developed and presented to Data Standards Committee and Steering Committee for approval 6. Timeline and requirements will be shared with all USO institutions

  5. How can you help to achieve this goal? • Help us finalize the requirements by coming to an agreement • Help us finalize the timeline for rollout of this project (ATC Validation Service Enhancement) • Collaborate with yours peers and explain to them the importance • Help your peers make changes to implement requirements, if needed

  6. Analysis • We received response from 31 out of the 36 institutions The responses from the survey shows: • 28% of the survey was in full agreement • 28% had some reservations • 44% showed strong mixed results
