Wellbeing Statement  The PPN has commenced their work by going through a process to set out what they consider necessary to promote well-being for present and future generations at both Municipal District & County level.  This is intended to set out a vision of what is required for the wellbeing of communities and aims to ensure that PPN’s set aside time to explore what the member groups want to achieve for their community, in order that these aspirations can inform the PPN’s work.  Workshops in New Year where draft Visions will be presented for further feedback.

  6. National PPN Conference  Thursday, 10 th October and Friday, 11 th October Woodford Dolmen Hotel – 188 attend on both days  Presentations on best practice across the PPN’s  Field trips – visiting community groups across the County to showcase the work communities are doing  Workshops – Wellbeing Statement, Plain English, LCDC & Linkage Groups v’s Thematic Groups  Q&A Panel Discussion around Governance and the impact red tape is having on local community groups  All presentations etc. are available on our website and report from the conference will also be available before Christmas.
