Purpose of the committee ➢ Formed in 2009 -- ERISA regulations ➢ Responsible for 403(b) oversight and administration ➢ Monitor performance fund offered under the plan ➢ When appropriate select new fund managers/investment options for the plan governed by: ○ Offering a menu of investment options in various asset classes in order to provide for an efficient level of diversification and to encompass the risk/return spectrum ○ Maximizing returns while maintaining reasonable and prudent levels of risk 3

Response to the 403(b) Investment Policy: “The Committee is responsible for the selection and monitoring of investment options available under the Plan.” “The Committee has authority to select investment options to be offered to participants and monitor those investments on at least a semi-annual basis.” “The Committee is obligated to make decisions in the best interest of the Plan and its participants.” 5
