Board Level Consulting – Assist in developing and implementing appropriate growth and exit strategies based on defjned client objectives. Regulatory Compliance Assessments – CAS has been designated as a preferred vendor for members of the Receivables Management Association (RMA) who need to establish or update their compliance management systems. TRANSACTION ADVISORY

Mergers & Acquisitions – We manage both sell-side and buy-side representations. Merchant Banking – CAS provides merchant banking services by establishing long-term mutually benefjcial relationships with our clients that can involve multiple transactions or business events during the course of our engagement. Sell-Side & Buy-Side Representation – Where our merchant banking model is not appropriate, CAS can serve as a traditional sell-side or buy-side representative. Recapitalization/Capital Raising – As licensed broker dealer representatives, we can make introductions to members of our debt and equity fjnancing network for clients not yet ready to sell their business but in need of growth capital. Strategic Partnership/Joint Venture – Partnering with another service provider can facilitate breaking into a new market or service. CAS has established these types of arrangements, some of which have resulted in mergers and acquisitions. Fairness Opinions/Fair Market Valuations – Our valuation team can serve whether a transaction is already underway or a client is undergoing an estate planning change, divorce or looking to transition equity ownership to management. Distressed Asset Sales – For businesses seeking to divest delinquent/rehabilitated consumer or commercial account portfolios, CAS can access the market value of the portfolios and quickly source qualifjed buyers. As a part of our commitment to serving as a strategic long-term partner, the principals of CAS are prepared to make selective growth capital investments. We will invest our own capital, and as needed, invite other high net worth individuals with industry experience to invest alongside of us subject to the interest of the partner.
