Public In Information Brandy Barrett ANNOUNCEMENTS: • Santa Claus is coming to town this Saturday, December 15 th the parade begins at 9:00am followed by free pictures with Santa, crafts and refreshments in the Community Room. Santa returns to the north pole at noon. • City Offices closed in observance of City Hall Christmas, on December 24 th and 25 th • City Offices closed on New Year Day, January 1 st Council Meeting January 8 th at 7:00pm •

  40. Citizen Comments • Comments must be made at the Podium and you must state your name and address for the record. This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Council on any matter, whether it is or is not posted on the agenda. The Council is not permitted to discuss or take action on any presentations not on the agenda. Citizens may speak up to three (3) minutes or the time limit determined by the Mayor or presiding officer. Topics of presentations should be limited to matters over which the Council has authority.

Action It Item A: : Ordin inance 440 – Utili ility Billin illing Fees and Process Invoices are mailed the last week of the month and are due by the 15 th . • Delinquent Accounts • Delinquent Fees are assessed on the morning of 16 th • Shut-off notices are emailed/door posted • Terminations • Service Fees are assessed on the morning of the 21 st (Fee name change & removed increasing fine) • Shut-Off Service Orders are issued to the Public Works Staff • Restoration (Account must be paid in full) • During normal business hours: A work order will be issued and processed prior to end of day. • Holidays and weekends Request: (After hours fee removed and service times limited) • Received prior 10:00am, staff will confirm online payment and restore services do the daily sample collection. • Received after the daily sample collection process is complete, the water will be restored the following day. • Un-restored accounts: • If the service is not restored within 2 days the account will be closed. • The deposit will be applied to the outstanding balance and a final invoice will be mailed. • The City Administrator will initiate an investigation into the health and sanitation at the address.
