Labrador Gold’s Flagship Project

TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com

  • St. Johns
  • Covers 16km of the northeast extension of the prospective

Appleton Fault Zone associated with gold mineralization on New Found Gold’s claims to the south.

  • 3 years of recent exploration show gold anomalies in till,

vegetation and soil associated with the fault zone on the Kingsway claim blocks. ➤ Exploration covered an area of 675 square kilometres and successfully reduced the area to the most prospective 66 square kilometres in two claim blocks.

  • Excellent infrastructure 18km from Gander, road accessible,

nearby electricity and plentiful water.

  • Target: Epigenetic orogenic gold associated with the Appleton

fault zone and associated structures.

Kingsway Project

8

TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com

  • Consists of three claim blocks covering 77 square kilometers.
  • Kingsway South block is located approximately 4.5km northeast of

the recent gold discovery by New Found Gold.

  • Claim blocks lie along strike from the New Found Gold discovery and

cover approximately 16km of strike length of the structure associated with the gold mineralization.

  • Significant gold anomalies in till, soil and vegetation occur on all

blocks.

  • Infrastructure is excellent located just 18km from the town of Gander

with road access to the project, nearby electricity and abundant local water.

Kingsway – A Historical Timeline

9 1986-1993

Extensive exploration carried out in the Gander Gold District by Noranda, Newfound Minerals, Gander River Minerals and

  • thers. Multiple

gold zones discovered. TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com

2000

Continued exploration exposes the Cracker mineralized zone over 30m with a grab sample assaying 61.73 g/t Au

2015-2019

Ryanwood Exploration and Torq Resources undertake regional till, vegetation and soil sampling that shows consistent, significant gold anomalies associated with regional

  • structures. Ryanwood (Shawn

Ryan) retains most prospective land from 675 square kilometre package.

2017-2019

New Found Gold explores the Queensway property, resulting in the discovery of 92.86g/t Au

  • ver 19m announced in

January 2020.

TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com Previous operators completed over 1,758 till samples 3,724 vegetation samples 2,381 till XRF samples and 2,958 soil samples taken over a 45km by 15km (675 square kilometre) area. Historical work at Kingsway shows significant gold anomalies on Claim Blocks including up to:

  • 168 g/t Au in quartz vein boulder containing visible gold
  • 61.73 g/t Au in outcrop
  • 89 g/t Au in heavy mineral concentrates
  • 3.78 g/t Au in stream sediment
  • 2.6 g/t Au in soil
  • 15 till samples containing gold grains
  • Multiple kilometer anomalies in soil, vegetation, till and heavy

mineral concentrate. Significant database from over 30 years of exploration in the district.

slide-11
SLIDE 11

The New Found Gold discovery hole drilled into the Keats gold showing intersected 92.86 g/t Au over 19.0 metres. The Keats showing is one of several associated with gold in soil anomalies. Keats and the other high grade (>5g/t) gold showings occur along the Appleton Fault Zone. The same fault zone continues through the three Kingsway claim blocks. This represents approximately 16km of the Appleton Fault Zone on the three claim blocks.

Kingsway – HMC in Tills

Historical work on Kingsway South claim block shows significant gold anomalies in till over 3km strike length along Appleton Fault Zone. Values up to 89 g/t Au in heavy mineral concentrates with eight values greater than 10 g/t Au. The current summer program is designed to delineate possible sources of gold mineralization for fall drilling.

Kingsway – Gold Grains in Till Samples

TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com

Sub-angular quartz vein boulder with visible gold from trench assayed 168g/t Au.

  • Till samples containing gold grains have been found on all 3 claim blocks.
  • Sub-angular boulder of quartz vein containing visible gold recovered from a

trench on the south claim block assayed 168 g/t Au.

  • Till samples with gold grains cluster near Appleton Fault Zone.

➤ Up to 60 grains found in till sample on central claim block. ➤ Up to 26 grains found in till sample on north claim block. ➤ Up to 13 grains in till sample on south claim block.

Sub-angular nature of gold grains indicate grains are close to source, estimated to be 100m to 500m up ice.

14

Kingsway – Lake Sediment and Till Anomalies

Lake Sediment samples on north claim block includes the highest in the survey area up to 42.3 ppb. Anomalous gold in till samples up to 1,389 ppb and include additional values of 1,044 ppb and 1,202 ppb. Anomalies lie close to major Appleton Fault zone/ Dog Bay line structures.

TSX-V: LAB | www.labradorgold.com Together with the gold grains recovered from till, these anomalous till and lake sediment samples constitute a high priority target.

15

Kingsway – Geochemical Surveys

Regional geochemical surveys over the past three years demonstrated significant gold anomalies in till, vegetation and soil samples. ➤ Gold anomalies show good alignment with the Appleton fault zone in the south more scattered in the north. The north northeast trend of gold anomalies on the south block follows the same trend as the occurrences on the New Found Gold claims to the south. Many of the gold occurrences in the district, including the Keats showing, were found by following up gold in soil anomalies associated with major structures. Soil anomalies may be indicative of source areas for the gold mineralization. Results of geochemical surveys suggest excellent potential for gold deposits associated with the Appleton fault zone.
