Telescopic Loading Spouts

Telescopic loading spout (TLS) is designed for dust-free load onto an

• utdoor storage area or ships.

It consists of a fixed platform with a drive unit mounted on it and a mobile telescopic spout. Three cables provide the movement process. There are sensors of extreme positions, cable break, clogging and material level installed on the equipment. TLS is completed with a control cabinet, a cable reel and a terminal box.

Hot-formed Conveyor Rollers

Hot-formed (HF) roller is effjcient in any operational conditions with any kind of

• cargo. Design service life is rated up to 50 000 hours if conditions are met.

Main Advantages of HF Roller:

• increased lifetime;
• the belt is stable to attrition due to absence of sharp edges in a roller

housing;

• internal roller space is sealed with rotary seal;
• doesn't need any additional balancing;
• can be used on high-speed conveyors;
• lack of vibrations makes conveyor more silent;
• HF rollers have more solid construction than standard ones;
• initial and rotary resistance is lower than standard rollers have.
