  4. PROVEN SUCCESS James R. Trusler, P. Eng Founder Chairman, Interim CEO • Drilling on Raglan Nickel project resulted in discovery of 5 small deposits (Raglan Mine-Glencore Group ( formerly Xstrata, and formerly Falconbridge Ltd ). Currently one of the larger producers of Ni-Cu-PGEs in the world. • Supervised 10 field parties in search of uranium in Athabaska basin. Four deposits found near Rabbit Lake Mine as area has become largest source of uranium in the world (Gulf Minerals). Led Teck into the key property to pioneer discovery and • development of Hemlo gold Camp (Teck Resources). • Staked 42 large properties throughout North America resulting in discovery of 6 platinum group element deposits of interest (International Platinum Corporation as VP of Exploration). 6. PLATINEX AT A GLANCE • Platinex is a Mining Issuer on the CSE. Platinex holds a large prospective gold • property “Shining Tree gold” in northern Ontario. Re-Seed financing in progress at • $0.03/unit: 2 year warrant exercisable at $0.075; 13,333,333 units to raise $400,000; closed on $133,000 to date. • Negotiating with active company to complete investment and support Platinex PTX – CSE

  7. PLATINEX PROJECT AT A GLANCE Gold • Shining Tree property located on 21km of Tyrrell-Ridout Deformation Zone ‘ TRDZ ’. The property comprises 876 heritage claim units for 14,987ha (36,984ac). • • TRDZ hosts IAMGOLD’s Côté Lake gold deposit and Pan American’s Juby deposit. Exploration has identified a significant gold in till anomaly. • • The anomaly covers a 9 km strike length perpendicular to the glacial direction. • The anomaly comprises 446 samples of which 169 samples contain 10 or more gold grains. • In 2009-2011 Platinex drilled 51 holes to explore the Herrick deposit. Fifty of the holes intersected one or more zones of gold mineralization. The deposit has been tested along a 400m strike to a depth of 300m. • Platinex has entered into exploration agreements with two local First Nations and is currently permitted on the project by the Province of Ontario. • NI43-101 Report completed in June 2018 on the Shining Tree gold property. • Report recommended phase 1 of the exploration program for $635,000 • Airborne LIDAR and Gradient magnetic surveys plus a 3,000m drilling program recommended. • The airborne surveys will search for targets associated with existing gold in till anomalies. • Drilling is to assess the targets located in airborne surveys and test the Herrick deposit, Ronda Mine and Caswell mineralization at depth. 8. NEXT STEPS • Up to $300,000 financing at $0.03/unit with full two year warrant at $0.075 exercise price. Financing Shining Tree exploration by farm • out, equity raise, royalty option sale, corporate combination or other initiative. Expansion of Shining Tree property through • acquisition of adjacent properties. • Sale of 2.5% NSR royalty on Big Trout Lake (former major platinum group element property) is to be considered in addition to consideration towards other development initiatives in Far North and the Ring of Fire PTX – CSE

  9. SHINING TREE HISTORY • Gold discovery circum 1918 on property. • Several companies worked eight prospects and one mine up until 1940 when area shut down for World War II. • First road into area in 1960. • Limited exploration on property in 1970’s and 1980’s. Platinex acquired property in 2008. • • Platinex has spent $3.5 million to vest 100% interest in claims. • Regionally significant high gold content in soil (glacial till) found throughout property and indicating nearby bedrock sources. Acquisition of a second option and several claim groups • along a major gold bearing deformation zone bringing property to current 36,984 acres. • Downward extension of former Ronda Mine and the Herrick gold deposit being targeted for drilling and 21 km stretch of a major deformation zone being explored. 13. HIGHLIGHTS OF SHINING TREE • At the intersection of 2 major gold structures (Larder Lake (Tyrrell-Ridout) and Michiwakenda Lake Fault). • 21 km strike extent of major potential gold host (the Tyrrell-Ridout Deformation Zone) Identical geology to the 3 majors surrounding Shining • Tree property (Pancontinental Silver (formerly Tahoe), IAMGOLD and Alamos). • High gold content in soil over an area of 9km by 2 km. • 51 channel sample sections on Herrick Central zone have an average grade of 3.5 g/t Au / 2.2 m average true width over a 357 m length. • 59 drill holes averaged 2.16 g/t Au / 2.9 m true width. • Zone thickening at depth to 46.1 m width. • Half of the past producing Ronda mine deposit now held. PTX – CSE

  14. SHINING TREE RESULTS Gold Geochemical Anomaly • One of the larger gold in till anomalies in Ontario, 9km long by up to 2 km wide, yet to be tested by drilling. Herrick Deposit • 51 channel sample sections on Herrick Central zone have an average grade of 3.5 g/t Au / 2.2 m average true width over a 357 m length. • 59 drill holes averaged 2.16 g/t Au / 2.9 m true width. Caswell Deposit • 47 drill holes completed with many unqualified high grade values up to 18.48 g/t Au over 18.0m. • 40 veins identified over area 700m wide and 500m long. • Over 400 grab and channel samples taken with unqualified values to 1,068.34 g/t Au. • In combination with Ronda Mine the diorite may represent Cote Lake type target. Churchill Unqualified historical channel samples from the Churchill vein returned • significant values up to 17 g/t Au over vein widths for a strike length of some 20m. Secondary veins in the area including the Gold Corona also showed gold values of up to 6.96 g/t. PTX – CSE
