COGT 2422 Introduction to Video Game Design Catalog description:

  • This course provides the theory of video game design and is built around

three sequences: Unreal builds, programming, and art. Students will learn every piece of a video game, from characters, story, interface, immersion, strategy, sound, art, animation, and programming. Games will be based on the freeware software Unreal. The art sequence will utilize the freeware software Blender, a 3D modeling and animation platform.
