The PCSP contains all the information you need to know to comply with stormwater management regulations A project specific Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) is required and is your proof of compliance with the PCSP The Hydraulics Unit Connect site is the repository for the latest versions of these documents The BMP Toolbox is the design guidance manual that should be used for stormwater control measures on NCDOT projects
