Currently ¡300 ¡projects ¡(worth ¡1,000 ¡MW) ¡are ¡challenged ¡with ¡client ¡acquisi9on. ¡ We ¡are ¡working ¡with ¡the ¡PSC ¡to ¡absorb ¡community ¡solar ¡into ¡CCA ¡on ¡an ¡opt-­‑out ¡basis. ¡

The ¡bulk ¡purchase ¡of ¡a ¡CCA ¡enables ¡a ¡strong ¡nego9a9ng ¡posi9on. ¡Fixed ¡rates. ¡ ¡ ¡ Greater ¡integra9on ¡of ¡local ¡community ¡solar ¡credits ¡can ¡generate ¡significant ¡savings. ¡ ¡ Joule ¡is ¡uniquely ¡obtaining ¡a ¡license ¡from ¡NYISO ¡to ¡use ¡smart ¡thermostats ¡to ¡pay ¡ consumers ¡as ¡much ¡as ¡$100 ¡per ¡year ¡for ¡demand ¡management. ¡ ¡
