BIDDING PROCESS AND NOTICE PERIOD

November 2015 2nd - Policy Committee considers Final Framework report and sets draft budget 4th – Bidding begins (9 I/2 weeks) January 2016 8th – Bidding closes Followed by bidding appraisal & clarification February 2016 Bids approved and 3 months notice served (successful and unsuccessful)
